World’s Shortest 5.56 Barrel? How does it perform?
The AR-15 was originally designed around a 20″ barrel, although now it’s very common to have shorter barrels to allow for suppressors and more compact handling. However, how short is too short? Many users won’t accept below 11.5″ as a standard. Here we test out the shortest functioning barrel we could find, with a 4.75″ 5.56x45mm barrel from KAK. Does it even function? Is it accurate? Does it perform ballistically?
