The New York Police Department identified two suspects tied to the failed terror attack in New York City over the weekend. Eighteen-year-old Emir Balat and 19-year-old Ibrahim Kayumi were arrested on Saturday after homemade explosive devices were ignited in an apparent attempt to target anti-Islam protesters gathered outside Gracie Mansion, the residence of the city’s first Muslim mayor, Zohran Mamdani.
