A Dearborn woman with a concealed carry permit won’t be charged after shooting a man who attacked her boyfriend inside a shoe store. Prosecutors say there isn’t enough evidence to disprove self-defense. Tim shows the (blurred) surveillance footage and argues she did everything right: she got her permit, stopped a violent threat, and should be called a hero. Police say the man who started the fight could still face charges.
