“I’m His” and “Jesus, Once of Humble Birth” – Kimberly Knighton

Have you ever wondered what you should be doing with your life? Singer-songwriter Kimberly Knighton had the same question when she graduated from college. She put her feelings into a song, “I’m His,” which she performs in this episode of Mormon Channel Studio.

“I was really nervous and scared—I had no idea and the world was open,” Kimberly says about that time of her life. “I feel like I’m in that spot a lot. No matter what, no matter the circumstance, there’s a plan and we just have to trust that.”

The knowledge that God is our Father and we are His children inspires Kimberly to develop her musical talents. He gives each of us unique gifts. She asks us to consider, as she has, what we can offer that nobody else can?

Kimberly also performs one of her favorite hymns, “Jesus, Once of Humble Birth.”
