The First Presidency Letter in October 2015 asking members to assist local refugees left many wondering, what can I do? When relief society president Sylva Christenson and her counselors heard how anxious their relief society was to heed the call they decided to put together a relief society baby shower for a new refugee mother. They came in contact with Kamari and Kamal, a couple who had recently relocated from a refugee camp in Nepal. New to this country they welcomed a brand new baby girl to their family and had many needs.
