If the U.S. Supreme Court decides that it’s unconstitutional to remove former President Donald Trump from the 2024 presidential ballot on the basis of the 14th Amendment, then other measures could—allegedly—be employed to keep him out of the White House.
The Atlantic is suggesting what could become the next strategy in the growing list of plots. They suggest that Democrats could refuse to certify the elections in 2024 if President Trump wins. Yet this would be ironically similar to what the former president was accused of doing in the 2020 elections.
