Judge blocks DHS noncitizen voter probe | New details in Ilhan Omar case | VICTORY NEWS

A federal judge blocks the Department of Homeland Security’s investigation of suspected noncitizen voters in nine states, and new reporting reveals Rep. Ilhan Omar’s birth name in the federal investigation into her immigration history.

A federal judge in the Northern District of California issued a preliminary injunction through Election Day barring DHS from its door-to-door investigation of registrants in California, Connecticut, Georgia, Missouri, Nevada, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington and Wisconsin. Fox News Digital reports Omar’s birth name differs from the one she uses, according to sources familiar with the investigation; no charges have been filed. Also tonight: the Justice Department charges 15 people in an alleged $1.8 billion California addiction treatment fraud scheme, a Texas 17-year-old is charged with plotting an ISIS-inspired attack and targeting Rep. Keith Self, a Utah man is indicted on federal hate crime charges in an alleged synagogue bomb plot, the DOJ sues to delay Alaska’s Senate certification over a second “Dan Sullivan” on the ballot, and the State Department raises its China travel advisory.

Mark Meckler, president of Convention of States Action, discusses left-leaning bias in news aggregators like Apple News and Google News, the Omar case and the Justice Department’s misconduct complaint against Minnesota federal judges. WallBuilders founder David Barton weighs in on CAIR Action’s all-Democrat Texas voter guide, Sen. John Cornyn’s comments on the primary runoff, ballot measures in more than 40 states and pastors’ role in close races. Victory News Tonight also covers President Donald Trump’s Iowa rally, the Texas Senate race between Ken Paxton and James Talarico, the indictment of Fort Bend County’s tax assessor-collector, and a campaign ad from Minnesota Republican secretary of state candidate Tad Jude.
