Matthew 7:1

Every young person needs a mentor, and I probably would have had several if I hadn’t run them all off by hiding behind Matthew 7:1 and refusing to listen to their kind life-suggestions. I caught on eventually.

I’m pretty sure Matthew 7:1 doesn’t mean that any critical thought or judgment call is Jesus-illegal. I’ll talk about why, and what it might mean instead.
