Sen. John Kennedy of Louisiana was at it again, exposing and embarrassing yet another of Joe Biden’s wholly unqualified judicial nominees during a Senate Hearing. This time it is Robin Meriweather who has been nominated to be a Judge on the United States Court of Federal Claims who miserably failed Sen. Kennedy’s test in a very public and revealing fashion. This exchange took place at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on January 24, 2024.
