Kendi’s book “How to Be an Anti-Racist” for every sailor in the U.S. Navy to read. Also, Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot issued a declaration decrying systemic racism as a “public health crisis” and diverted $10 million in grants from the CDC, meant to be used to address the pandemic, to establish “healthy Chicago equity zones.” Shapiro weighs in on both.
