The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis are a Christian treasure, but now the rights have been sold to Netflix and famed Barbie director, Greta Gerwig is adapting and directing the Magician’s Nephew.
The big question is what she’ll do with all the Jesus themes (and Aslan stuff) that undergird the story. Jesus and the Gospel are what make Narnia work, and what one makes of Jesus is about as pivotal as it gets.
