In the city of Uvalde, Texas, there was a mass shooting at an elementary school that left 21 people dead—including 19 children.

However, the timeline of events leading up to the death of the actual shooter is something that is not quite adding up. Not only did it take about an hour between when the police first engaged the shooter to when he was shot dead, but also, newly emerged details are beginning to poke holes in the official policy for that day—such as the newly discovered fact that before the shooter entered the school building, he spent 12 full minutes outside of the school, shooting his gun at the funeral home across the street.
