The Birmingham Police Department released bodycam footage of an incident that they say is under “investigation.” After a football game last Thursday, police asked the two opposing band directors to get their bands to stop playing so the stadium could be cleared. Minor High band director Johnny Mims refused to stop playing, eventually leading to an escalation where he was tased and arrested.
