Runaway Barge RAMS into Pier in Seattle

A large barge was seen RAMMING into a pier in Seattle, Washington, on Thursday. The incident could have been worse, as the vessel full of shipping containers was initially headed for the Seattle Aquarium before a water taxi pushed it towards the pier instead.
