Houston Couple Wanted by Police After Shoplifting with Baby, Shoving Employee

Parents of the year! The Houston Police Department is seeking the public’s help to identify a couple who was seen walking out with merchandise from Kroger after a dispute with employees on October 13, 2023, all with their baby in tow.
