Aw, Poor Kitty! Officer Hears Kitten’s Cry for Help and Lassos Feline Out of Storm Drain

A police officer responding to a kitten’s meows for help created a lasso with the rope he had and rescued the feline who was trapped in a storm drain, in Defiance, Ohio, on Sunday.
