Heartless Thieves Caught After Kicking, Stealing Paddington Bear Statue

A Paddington Bear statue has been secured by authorities after two young men on the streets of Newbury, UK, were captured on video kicking and stealing it in early March. The suspects have been charged and sentenced to “12-month community orders.”
