Who Does This?! Man Throws Helpless Dog in Dumpster

The Las Vegas Police Department is seeking the public’s help to find the identity of a man who threw a helpless dog into a dumpster near the 5500 block of Sheila Ave, on April 14. The dog was found the next day alive, and is currently recovering at a animal hospital in the region.
