CBP Chief: Narrative About Feds’ Uniforms in Portland a ‘Distraction’ from Attacks on Courthouse

In a press conference Thursday, U.S. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Mark Morgan explained that while he did not think the camouflage color of federal troops’ uniforms in Portland is “substantive” for debate, he agreed to change them to take away from the narrative of federal militarization in Portland.
