New Florida Law Makes Stealing 3 Times or More a Felony

The Collier County Sheriff’s Office released footage of a man who had allegedly committed several instances of theft. The police department pointed out that a new law in Florida allows the officers to charge suspects with a felony for 3 counts or more of theft.
