Officer, Citizens Work Together to Pull People from Burning Vehicle

After car crashed into a tree in Florida and erupted in flames, a police officer and citizens worked together to pull people from the wreckage. Tragically, two people pulled from the car eventually passed away despite the heroic efforts of the people nearby.
