Bessent: “We Are Taking Back Our Sovereignty” Investing in Rare Earth Minerals Here Instead of China

U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent revealed that a plant in South Carolina will soon be producing rare earth minerals needed by the U.S. in response to concerns that the United States has become too dependent on China for such minerals.
