Rumble in Florida: Man Resists Arrest, Laughs Maniacally, Threatens Officer

The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office released footage showing a man refusing to show his ID, then resisting arrest. After being cuffed the man threatened one of the officers and was promptly detained with several charges.
