Suspect in Tom and Jerry Shirt Attempts to Escape Police After Running from Traffic Stop

A suspect, who happened to be wearing a vibrant Tom and Jerry shirt, ran from a traffic stop and attempted to elude police, but ended up being tased twice and arrested with several charges including refusal to submit to DUI testing and cocaine possession.
