Driver in Stolen Truck Flees Officers, Rams Police Vehicle

The Pierce County Sheriff’s Office released footage showing a driver attempting to flee police custody, but not escaping. The suspect rammed the alleged stolen truck he was driving into a police vehicle, but eventually surrendered himself into custody.
