Officers Find Man Passed Out in Car with Gun at His Feet

Police from the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office found a man passed out in his vehicle, which was blocking the road, with a gun at his feet. The man was handcuffed and charged with a DUI and unlawful possession of a firearm.
