Vehicle Seen Launching Fireworks Around Other Cars on I-95 on July 4th

As if I-95 couldn’t get any worse, the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office released footage from a helicopter that captured video showing a vehicle shooting out fireworks around other vehicles on I-95, on the 4th of July.
