Speaking on Monday against the jailing of Marlena Pavlos-Hackney, a restaurant owner who allegedly refused to enforce coronavirus orders, State Rep. Steven Johnson (R) asked state attorney general Dana Nessel (D) to prioritize investigating Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s (D) nursing home scandal over arresting small business owners.
