NYC Crime Wave: Man on Scooter Opens Fire in Broad Daylight

NYPD released footage of an unidentified man riding a scooter in Brooklyn, NY, shooting at unknown victims during the day on October 18, 2022. Police are still looking to identify the suspect who is wanted for reckless endangerment.
