There have been movements against Catholicism for hundreds of years,” Latin mass attendee Noah Peters told Breitbart News while participating in the National Summorum Pontificum Pilgrimage, a six-mile walk supporting the “restoration of the Latin mass.” An internal document was leaked in early February announcing an investigation into “radical traditionalist” Catholics and their possible ties to the “far-right white nationalist movement,” which has since been pulled by the FBI following backlash.
