ILLEGALLY ADORABLE! Police Ticket 3-Year-Old for Being “Too Cute”

Cobb County Police Officer Tyler Selvia was assisting Kennesaw Police in Georgia on July 26 when a 3-year-old girl and her father offered him water. Since he didn’t have any stickers to give the child in response to her kind gesture, he wrote her a ticket for being “too cute” to commemorate the occasion.
