Armed Suspect and Cohort Appear to Steal Phone from Man

The Houston Police Department released footage showing a suspect holding a man at gunpoint, seemingly demanding and taking his phone. The suspect appears to be working with another man who checked inside of the victim’s car, then ran off with the armed suspect.
