Arrest Video: Puppy Found in Hot Car with Mouth Taped Shut

SICKENING: Raul Carbajal, 50, was arrested for “willful, malicious torture of an animal” by the Las Vegas Metro Police after leaving a young husky with its mouth taped shut in a hot car in the Bellagio hotel parking lot to go gambling inside. Hotel security spotted the distressed animal and managed to rescue it through the vehicle’s sun roof. The temperature inside the car, according to police, was nearly 108 degrees. A gaming ticket found on Carbajal showed he cashed out with 75 cents, KLAS reported.
