A speeding driver without plates who refused to pull over at a traffic stop was eventually forced to after officers from the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office utilized stop sticks, and a PIT maneuver. The driver was charged with driving with a suspended license, being a felon in possession of a firearm, among other charges.
