This happened after the suspect had reportedly stolen cigarettes from at least two other stores in the past.

The Pierce County Sheriff’s Office released footage showing a Dodge Charger fleeing from a traffic stop, running red lights before ending up crashing on its side. An 18-year-old suspect was charged with DUI and admitted that he had taken the vehicle from a family member without permission.
