First responders in Philadelphia, PA, rescued a man who ended up trapped in a manhole after he apparently entered the sewer system through another entrance.

A suspect wielding a katana allegedly committed armed robbery, threatening people with his sword inside of a store. Officers from the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office eventually took down the man after the suspect initially dodged an officer’s first tackle attempt with ninja-like elusiveness.
