Truckers across Brazil blockaded highways Monday and Tuesday, reportedly only letting vehicles with children, elderly occupants, or supporters of outgoing President Jair Bolsonaro through after the conservative leader’s apparent loss in Brazil’s run-off election earlier in the week.
