CLOSE CALL! Officer JUMPS OFF Bridge to Avoid Vehicle Pushed into Him in Crash

A Colorado State Patrol trooper jumped 30 feet off a bridge to avoid a patrol vehicle pushed towards him by a crash, as seen in dashcam video from July 22. The officer received serious but non-life threatening injuries and was discharged from the hospital the next day. The driver that crashed into the police vehicle was charged with “Vehicular Assault – DUI.”
