Clown World: Allegedly Drugged-Up Parkgoer Strips to Underwear at Disneyland Ride

Additional video footage has revealed the parkgoer who recently went viral for stripping at Disneyland in Anaheim, CA, previously walking around inside of the ride “It’s a Small World” in just his underwear. The man was eventually arrested for indecent exposure and suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.
