D.C. Mayor Dodges When Asked If She’ll Remove ‘Defund The Police’ Street Art

“It’s not part of the [city’s commissioned “Black Lives Matter”] mural… but we recognize it at expression,” said D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser during a press conference Monday about the “Defund the Police” street art painted outside the White House last week and whether the city would remove it.
