“Do You Trust Me?” Police Officer Adopts Dog She Rescued from Having Its Mouth Zip-Tied Shut

Police in South Bend, Indiana, recently rescued a dog who was found with a zip tie tightly around its snout, and one of the officers, Stephanie Northcutt, even decided to adopt the dog and name him Zeus.
