DRAMATIC RESCUE: Good Samaritans, Police Pull 80-Year-Old and 3-Year-Old from Under Car

Some good Samaritans joined Tampa police on December 18 in rescuing an 80-year-old woman and a 3-year-old pinned under a car. The driver said he drove over them when backing out of a parking spot and thought he had hit a large storm drain.
