Driver Endangers Students, Then Officer Rips His Window Open with His Bare Hands

The Pierce County Sheriff’s Office released footage showing a driver ignoring a crossing guard at a school and driving past him, leading to him being confronted by police and an officer breaking the man’s window with his bare hands in the process of arresting him.
