Driver Tries to Escape Police While Blinded by Raised Hood

The Pierce County Sheriff’s Office published footage showing officers attempting to stop a driver whose hood flew up when he attempted to flee police in his pickup truck. Police eventually conducted a PIT maneuver and safely arrested the suspect.
