Easy Method for Planting Purple Potatoes
Welcome back friends! Today, we are planting purple potatoes using the Back to Eden method. This consists of placing your seed potatoes on grass, covering them in a foot of bark chips, and thoroughly watering the whole thing. Supposedly, the grass dies under the thick mulch covering, which provides a nitrogen boost for the potatoes.
