EXPLOSION AT NIAGRA FALLS! Smoke Fills Air Near U.S. / Canadian Border

The U.S. / Canada border was closed in western New York Wedneday after a vehicle exploded near Niagra Falls on the U.S. side. The explosion was originally decried as a terrorist attack, but New York Governor Kathy Hochul later said terrorism was not a factor in the incident.
