HALLOWEEN HORROR: Masked Man in All Black Caught Filing Empty Candy Bowl

Residents in McKinney, Texas, were on alert after security footage caught a masked stranger dressed in all black filling an empty Halloween candy bowl with his own candy, pulled out from a bag. The candy, left by a 19-year-old, tested negative for narcotics, according to police. The young man will not face charges.
