“I Got a Black Belt in Karate!” Man Arrested After Throwing Food at Police Officer

A man who challenged a police officer to a fight was arrested after throwing food at the officer who attempted to ensure that the man knew he could no longer go inside a nearby store in Port Orange, FL, as shown in a body camera video released by the Port Orange Police Department on May 13.
