“I Have No Excuse” Driver Crashes Into Police Vehicle, Gets Charged with DUI

A truck driver crashed into a police vehicle during a traffic stop and lost control of his truck, smashing into a guard rail and then a wall. The suspect admitted that he had “no excuse,” and an officer observed that he reeked of alcohol.
