“I Should Have Paid For It, I Guess” Man Caught on Video Stealing Cigars

Footage released by the Bay County Sheriff’s Office shows a man grabbing cigars from a cigar shop and putting them in his pocket. Allegedly the suspect walked out with the cigars but was confronted by an officer.
